These Longevity Health Coaching (LHC) 1:1 Packages are ONLY for those who have already completed one of my Health Coaching Packages or Workshops: Health Coaching 530, Group Health Coaching 860, the Work Wellness Workshop or the Women's Wellness Retreat and want to continue with Health Coaching support. Longevity has two, 1- on - 1 Options to choose from. When you get to the end of your first package or workshop, I will invite you to continue on with one of these opportunities. The Longevity Health Coaching Package provides an opportunity for you to continue to build on what you have learned and accomplished already, while supporting you as you go deeper to practice your new, positive lifestyle habits. SMART goals will continue and the sessions will still be client centered, self-paced, non-judgmental and completely confidential (HIPAA Compliant). Longevity Health Coaching (LHC) Options: 1) LHC 330, 1:1: 1 time a month for 3 months for 30 minutes: $225, save $75/ 25%. ---LHC 330 is to be used within 4 months of your purchase date. 2) LHC 630, 1:1: 1 time a month for 6 months for 30 minutes: $450, save $150/ 25% ----LHC 630 is to be used within 7 months of your purchase date. *** This does not include specific Nutritional Therapy or specific diet strategies based on your medical condition(s), diagnoses and lab results.
