This Group Health Coaching Package offers 8, 60 minute Sessions of Health and Wellness Coaching, with up to 10 individuals. We will meet once a week for 8 weeks . There are two options available : 1) Group Lifestyle Coaching for an Open Group, Offered by Marci. ----Open to anyone who is a good fit. ----Times and Days will be announced as they open up. ---- Sessions on Zoom -----$400 per person, no travel expense 2) Group Coaching for Your Organization ----Open to Only your group members ----Times, dates and location will be determined in the Discovery Call ----In person at your provided location ---- 45 mile ----GHC 860 needs to be completed in 3 months of purchase date -----$415 per person, which includes travel expense During a Discovery Call with Marci, we will determine which option you are interested in. If this is for an Group open to anyone, we will disuse you what you are looking for and if this group will be a good fit for you. We will meet on Zoom. If you're requesting Group Coaching for your organization, we will discus what your group is about and looking for, to see it we are a good fit. If this is a good fit, we and will set up your groups times and dates. You will provide a location at your cost with in 45 miles of Lincoln, IL. During these sessions, each individual will be invited to share what they hope to accomplish. Every week a new Lifestyle topic with researched, supported strategies will be introduced to the group. We will discus the topic as a group and brainstorm ways to apply them. We will used SMART goal for each week: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time Limit. The Lifestyle Factors include are: The Lifestyle Factors include: Nourishing Foods, Sleep Hygiene, Stress Management/ Relaxation, Movement/ Exercise, Relationships and Positive Mindset. Each individual will start where they are ready to make adjustments and/or on an area your doctor recommends. These sessions are client centered, self-paced, non-judgmental and all participates will agree to keep the information shared completely confidential (HIPAA Compliant).
